We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most items. Desktop computers can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Eligible returns must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused or in the same condition that you received it in.
The original packaging, components, accessories and documentation must be included.
If the product has been used, it must be in like new or open box condition.
The product arrived in damaged condition or dead on arrival (DOA).
