DTA COMPUTERS accept returns 30 days of receipt of item (in most cases) and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and in resellable condition. A prepaid return shipping will be provided. Digital products is not refundable after it has been issued, downloaded or shipped. All sales of digital products is considered to be final with no exceptions.
Desktop computers that didn't start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.
After we receive your item, it will be inspected. Your refund will be processed after the condition has been approved. You’ll be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement
DTA COMPUTERS will warrant any claims provided a claim is submitted within the stated time frame of the warranty. Customers will be required to ship the item back to our facilities. Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect DTA COMPUTERS to process your warranty claim within 14-21 days.
After your claim has been processed, you will receive a replacement. If the replacement is out of stock or end-of-life, a replacement of equal or greater value will be shipped.
