Sending Your Product Back

Please follow the steps outlined to safely and securely ship your product back to us.

Before shipping a computer system, be sure to:

Remove any private data. DTA Computers is not responsible for any private, confidential or personal information being lost or damaged.

Remove any components you’ve added. Any additional hardware, components or accessories that’s included with your return will be discarded.

Please be sure to use the original box and packaging material. Include all hardware and accessories that came along with the product. Failure to ship the product back as outlined may result in the package being sent back and the return being voided.

Warranty Return Packaging

Before shipping a computer system, be sure to:

Back up your data. Reinstall of the original operating system and software may be performed during the repair. This means you’ll lose your all of your data.

Remove any private data. DTA Computers is not responsible for any private, confidential or personal information being lost or damaged.

Remove any components you’ve added. Please remove any additional hardware, components or accessories that you added to the system. If these items are included with your return, they will be discarded.

Keep the original accessories with you. Don’t send any peripherals or other devices.

Please include the power cable.

Please be sure to use the original box and packaging material for return shipping. If you don’t have the original package, please have at least 2 inches of foam or bubble packaging material around all sides of your product and a durable shipping box to protect your product from damage during transit.

RMA Label

An RMA label will be included with your approved request. Please attach it to your package. This is not a shipping label.

Shipping Label

If your return doesn’t qualify for free return shipping, you are responsible for shipping the returned product. Please use a shipping service that provides tracking information. It’s also recommended to insure the package against loss or damage during transit. Use the address provided on the RMA label as the return shipping address.

What Can Void Your Warranty

Any product received in the following condition will result in a voided warranty:

Inadequate packaging: Any damage resulting from poor packaging.

Product Tampering:

Physical damage to the product which includes chipped, cracked, scratched or bent hardware.
Serial numbers that has been removed, defaced or doesn’t match our files.
Components added or removed from the printed circuit board (PCB).
Water damage due to modifications.

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or alterations not authorized by us.

Consumables: Parts that are meant to be replaced or are considered consumables.

When Your Product is Received

Your return will be inspected by our technicians for approval. Once the condition has been approved, your return will be processed and you will be notified.

Warranty Claims

The warranty claim process may take 14-30 days. After your claim has been processed, you will be notified that the claim has been completed and shipped. You will receive the repaired unit or a replacement if the item is out of stock or end-of-life. Any replaced unit or components used for repair will have equal or greater specifications as the original.
