DTA Computers is committed to providing high-quality desktop computers and accessories. This Warranty outlines our commitment to service any defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use of your product within the specified warranty period.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty provides coverage for the repair or replacement of defects in materials and workmanship for products purchased from DTA Computers.

Warranty Duration

This Warranty commences on the date of purchase and extends for a period of 1 year from that date.

Warranty Process

You can expect the Manufacturer to process your warranty claim within 14-30 days. After your claim has been processed, you will receive the repaired unit or a replacement if the item is out of stock or end-of-life. Any component(s) used for repair will have equal or greater specifications as the original component(s) replaced.

Warranty Coverage Details

The Warranty covers:

Repair or Replacement: The Manufacturer will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace any parts or components found to be defective due to materials or workmanship during the Warranty period.

Labor Costs: The Manufacturer will cover reasonable labor costs associated with the repair or replacement of defective parts.

Transportation Costs: The Manufacturer will cover shipping costs for returning the product to the purchaser.

The Warranty does not cover:

Damage from Misuse: Any damage resulting from improper use, abuse, or neglect.

Normal Wear and Tear: Wear and tear due to regular use or aging of the product

Unauthorized Repairs: Repairs or alterations made by unauthorized persons.

Consumables: Parts that are meant to be replaced or are considered consumables.

Limitation of Liability

The Manufacturer's liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts. The Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.

Warranty Transferability

The Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original Purchaser of the product.
